Reviews and Ratings
I had a decent stay, although it had its ups and downs. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore downtown L.A. and Koreatown, and the room was clean, which I greatly appreciated. However, the furnishings in my room were pretty basic, and there were some maintenance issues that need addressing. Overall, it provided a fair value for the price I paid.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While I found the room clean and the location in Koreatown convenient for getting around Los Angeles, I encountered several issues during my stay. The staff was friendly, but the overall maintenance of the hotel left something to be desired.
I had a mixed experience during my stay. The hotel room I initially received was not clean and poorly maintained, which was disappointing. While some parts of my visit were convenient, such as the location, the overall condition of the facilities left a lot to be desired. On the flip side, I found the staff to be friendly and helpful, despite a few hiccups. Overall, it wasn't worth the expense given the state of the place.
I recently stayed for three nights while visiting family, and while the location was ideal, the experience was quite disappointing overall. The lack of cleanliness and poor service made my stay less enjoyable. There were some redeeming qualities, like the free parking and a friendly check-in process, but they couldn’t overshadow the room's issues and staff attitudes. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel based on my experience.
